Have seen the site, it is good. I nearly got caught out. In my job I occaisionally have to deal with Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations or Schedule of Dilaps for short. Whilst discussing with an agent via email from my iPhone it got transcribed into a Terminal Schedule of Dildos! Scary but I spotted it before it went out.
