Got slightly carried away. Spice rub supplied by an east coast friend of mine. Smoked for 6 hours, then slow cooked over charcaol and oak chips ::


32 day old dry hung Aberdeen Angus. Gonna eat some, but rest will have to wait.

I'll tell you, those East-Coasters sure do know a thing or two about cooking meat outdoors! The best meat I ever eat is when I'm in Maine.

Wow, you're right Mark, I totally agree, and then I usually bowl on down to Texas for the world's best lobsters....
