Just a cheer up call for all of us who are waiting to hear the sound of a racing engine strutting it's stuff again after a long boring winter. I'm off to Donington this Sunday for the HSCC meeting to get my first fix!
Anyway here is the well known oldie of the BRM 1.5 litre V16. 520hp at 12,000 rpm

Plenty loud as well. Nick Mason used to keep people from overtaking by deafening them. I was up at the back of the stands some years ago at the Coys Silverstone when the car did a demo run and I had to plug my ears as it was so loud. Magic.
