RH gear shifter

hi guys help needed, ive got to the stage of being ready for gear shift mechanisim but have no idea on how to make one, the car is RHD and the shifter will be an H pattern mounted on rh side of steering wheel,
if anyone has some good pictures, or a drawing of a good set up, i will be indebted to you for life

My 40, right hand drive with right hand shift, uses the cable set-up provided by Fran Hall of RCR. If building your from scratch doesn't quite work out, get in touch with him. I'm sure he'd help you out.
