Volvo in Supercar V8's

Interesting. Volvo now join Mercedes, Nissan, Holden and Ford.

Here is their V8 (apparently developed by Yamaha)

The K-Pax Volvos do well in World Challenge. Randy Pobst, a down-to-earth driver that races SCCA and ChumpCar, is their current star and he writes for a few car magazines as well. They use the AWD Turbo six but those cars can get it done against all manner of V8 Camaros, Mustangs, Caddys, and BMWs as well as the offerings from Porsche and Audi.
