P4 questions

Mr. Hall, my my dad is interested in your P4 coupe. Though he is not looking for one right now, he is planning for the future. What he wants to know are: can the car be equipped with glass windows all around, how loud is the car at speed, how can the car be registered, can a new LS7 Chevy be equipped(I am still suggesting that a BMW V12 would be most apropriate), and are there one or two seats in it. I know that this a long list (sorry), but a reply would be greatly appreciated. Car looks great from the pictures.
