Looking for info from RCR owners reg. SVA

Hello RCR40 owners (sorry for the double post, but I only have antoher 24 hours to decide),

Does anyone know if a RCR40 has already passed SVA in the UK (or Europe for that matter)?
I have been offered a RCR40 and I am really tempted. However, I would like to use the GT40 both on the road and track (having read Dean Lampe's report it all sounded very good) and would like to hear from people who know more about this.
