-4an to 1/4'' hardline threaded bulkhead?

Does anybody know a place that sells -4an male ; 1/4'' inverted flare nut female bulkheads that are threaded? By threaded, I mean a jam nut is screwed on which secures it against the bracket/frame/etc.... (as opposed to the horse-shoe clip ... I can find a set by Earls, but they're not threaded)
