Just in case some guys have forgotten that we build replicas here in the good ole' USA too....

a few P cars that have just been readied and shipped in the last week or two.

The 917's ($43,995 btw) are shown in gelcoat and have our in house manufactured 15 inch wide rear wheel package...one has a non P car engine package ..as you may have noticed

The 962 has our own billet wheels and a TT Porsche engine

Its HUGE ...like bloody Moby Dick

Very time consuming build due to the 962 body being in so many parts with zero consideration to body fit and panel alignment...just like any period race car really.

After hearing almost ZERO on the 962 over the years, I am suprised to see it in the light of day finally! Cool.
Awwww and that 917 in white, been in love with that thing ever since laying eyes on the RCR body plug. I want, I want. Of course I need, I need mo' money too :p

Near zero info on the 962 as there is near zero interest from customers.

Lots of guys would love to have one in their garage but there are very few willing to order and then go through the long build process.

The build of a 962 is not a standard build, its very very labor intensive and requires an expert builders approach...

The 917 s look great on the ground...so low and wide its quite a sight to have multiples in the shop , especially sitting next to a 962,Mk4's,SL-C's and GT40's

I love the 962! the 917 is ok, I know I see my mark 4 way in the back and its got to be the best one there.................................

Wow Fran, I mean that 962 just oozes Testosterone. Do you plan on having it listed with kit prices/contents on the site? Actually, all your replicas are seriously good, the P4 and T70's are lovely examples of that racing era! I have a couple of questions, no big hurry to answer them, is the kit price somewhat in line with the others? Can an LS3/ grazziano be used? Did you have in mind this being able to be on the street, or is it just being considered a track car?

P Roth

962's are seriously only track cars they are hugely wide and low...the SLC at 74 inches wide is diminutive in comparison

The 962 as a kit would be much more expensive as we could not expect to send one out with loose and unattached bodypanels...there is close to 300 hours in getting body fit and hinging...and that does not include body prep for paint..

I don't really have any plans for the 962 at all to be honest as there are way too many compromises with the car.

They are a stunning looking car...but eye candy and sales don't always equate well unfortunately....

The 917 is a stunner too....

I couldn't agree more with you Fran, unfortunately just not a fan of the flat 6. I still cannot decide on which one P4, T70 or SLC (I had just put the 962 on the top until your response). Hopefully, I will have this aircraft restoration project completed and off my plate by fall, then its a trip over to visit, final decision, and plunk down the cash.
