Ok Scott... i know better. If you need a loan we can get that arranged for the filter. (You know I'm just messing with you... one of my best friends is rather well off, and he is a tight ass when it comes to spending $$$. He will buy a 70' yacht but will only use single ply toilet paper in the bathrooms because it is cheaper).

haha. Well my "budget" has been adjusted due to a bun in the oven. But lets not kid ourselves, I'll buy it if I think I "need" it.

In all seriousness though at some point the price premium doesn't warrant a purchase even if it does have some nice features. After all it is only a filter.

I was looking at the perma cool for my system (I like the water separator also since I'll be mostly running e85). It has a spin on filter also...so $50 vs $300 (??). Stuff adds up...just sayin. lol
