email not working?

Robert,
I have sent you 32 e-mails but haven't heard from you so Let me try here.
The first one is from the 11th, and it read as follorw:

Robert,
I forgot to ask you when I spoke to you. I will need a revised bill for the parts so I know how much to send. I will get this money out to you as soon as I receive the bill. I will also write to you letting you know the actual date that it was mailed. Tomorrow if I receive the bill today.
Just to summarize the request because of all the confusion I may have caused with all the changes:
3 way valve
1 2 way dash switch
fuse panel
a/c-fresh air tubing
fittings for the gas tanks

Thank you for being so patient and understanding with me, I really do appreciate it and I am always glad to tell others that are interested in the car

The 2nd is from yesterday and it read as follows:
Robert,
I haven't received the bill for the parts yet.
If you have already faxed it please resend it so I can get the payment sent out to you.
Has the package been sent yet?
Sorry to be a pain but I do need the stuff ASAP. I should have asked for it sooner but it has been a couple of months now (with all MY changes) and now I want to get the stuff so I can continue with the build.
Please reply and let me know the status.

10 minutes and Robert has all the answers for me.
Another job well done by RF. Customer service at it's finest.
If that's not a good enough reason to business with RF I don't know what is.
