John has all the sensors installed (water temp, oil pressure, oil temp and one for a low oil pressure warning light), and has moved the EWP controller to beside the voltage regulator behind the...

Cooling system coming together. EWP and controller nicely nestled in behind the passenger side bulkhead making for a straightforward connection to the front of the block.

Have seen both stainless screws with nuts and pop rivets on original MKIIs.

I am using stainless countersunk screws with nylock nuts for mine.

The ones with the tabs were from early MKlll Zephyrs, the later MKllls (facelift models) had the ones without the tabs.

Gradually gathering bits and pieces together. In fact not really very much more to get apart from clutch and radiator. Fuel tanks started being fabricated last week.
