305 cfm @ 0.500 lift. Should do the trick!

These are Trickflow Twisted Wedge heads. The valves are canted to unshroud the sparkplug. Check out my build site for additional photos.

That looks ported (and a good one I might add). The standard TFS flows around 240CFM @ .500" and 28 inH20. 305 is about as much as you can get out of these heads without welding etc. The TFS R's flow around 305CFM at .600 out of the box, but cost considerably more. The valves aren't canted so much as twisted abount the bore centerline to unshroud the intake valve and bring it more inline with the intake port face so it doesn't have to bend so far around the pushrod. Some flow numbers of a few heads can be seen here. http://www.atreides.dynip.com/mustang/heads.html I have more charts of other heads somewhere if interested. We've had work done by Fox Lake http://www.fox-lake.com/ and thier stuff is top notch.

Yes, these are Stage 2 Trickflow heads from Total Engine Airflow. The R series heads are a bit hefty for the street. These are a good street / track combo. There are a ton of good heads out there. Fun stuff.

Big numbers Neal! TEA seem to be the TFS kings. Did you bench test them to .600" lift? I'd be interested to see if they continue on for bigger camshafts.

That much flow couldn't be at 28" water, could it? If it is, I'm really jealous - and in the market for some TEA heads!

how about this:
