Is that some kind of German washing machine in the back? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

The washing machine in the back must be worth a few Euros!

OK my guess is thats a corvair powerplant in the back. If anybody knows speak up. Oh and be nice, somebody put a lot of work into that, but I'm not suprised it has 0 bids.

Howard,

It sure does look like a Corvair engine to me.

As far as the vintage thing goes, if you kept a bottle of

Boone's Farm wine long enough, I guess that would be

considered vintage too! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

The gull wing doors are kinda neat though. That had to

involve some serious effort.

Hi

This might be a Belgian car, but it's unfortunately a US design - the Allied Industries Sebring GT was the first of this shape in the late 1960s. Kellison adapted the shape. Thankfully no-one makes them anymore. Although I hear that a new firm is developing the old FiberFab Avenger/Valkyrie for 2004. Any takers?

PS The Universal Plastics Sebring GT40 replica, shown below, is my favourite early replica from the sixties. Great advertising.
