Samco hose wanted UK

I need a small amount of the blue Samco hose (about 11 - 12 inches) in the 38mm - 1 1/2 inches size.
Befor I go out and buy a metre for thirty quid, I was wondering if anybody had a length they would like to sell me?

Think Automotive will sell just half a metre - that's what I did.

I haven't checked this out yet, but I saw this tip while searching the web the other day. The guy said that silicone hose of the type Samco sells, which is much harder to get over here than in Europe apparently, is a LOT cheaper at Semi (lorries) supply houses than it is at performance part stores.

Like I said, I don't know if its true or not, but it would definitely be worth checking out. We pay $30+ for a 2" diameter 90º with 6" legs in silicone over here. If it is in the $20s at a truck supply place, the search would be worth it.
