Bit of a long shot here, but has anyone got a plastic welding kit I can borrow?
(heat gun, abs rods etc)
Got a crack in the fairing of my bike and have been quoted silly money to repair it.

Sealey do a cheapish sort of Kit if you were looking to buy.
Whats wrong with a cable tie and a paint stripper gun?!
On a more serious note I mix up a fibre glass paste using the old powder, warm up the parts prior to bonding and it seems to work quite well on all sorts of plastics(normally breaks somewhere else next time!)
