They say it's "original and unmolested". The Ronnie Spain book says that it was used as a parts car by Slough and "over the next couple of years lost a lot of its parts to other cars." It was then sold to someone in 1968 who "used it as a parts source for his two cars". But in 1970 it underwent a complete restoration.
I've just noticed its in the latest Motorsport but not on their site - only about five years ago 1069 went at auction for a mere £ 160000 - I wonder what today's price is/was.....
