Ebay GT40 for sale NOT A REPLICA

I was surfing Ebay and low and behold i stumbled across an original according to the description,

THIS IS THE REAL DEAL,,,NOT A KIT CAR OR A REPLICAR!!!!!

I was excited till i read a little more
IT HAS THE ORIGINAL GTD FACTORY BODY TAGS AND ID PLATE they even post a picture of the build manual, i just thought it was funny.
