It will be intresting to see what KenAttwell's Gt40 makes in the auction at Silverstone, it was offered to me at the Uxbridge Car Show 2 weeks ago for where it was on display with for sale signs all over it for £8000 /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Hello, I'm back online after 4 months absence !
I remember seeing this car in KVA's garage. It had an XR2 engine, and I believe was on an early chassis, i.e. not the race-proven type-C. I think he built it for Ford for promotion work. It went into a museum for a while, after KVA retired. It did look good though. SO, how much did it sell for ?

Nice to hear from you. Hope you and Jan are settling in OK in France.

The KVA sold for £7417.50 including commission etc. ( i.e. the bid was £6900 plus 7.5% buyers premium.)
