Does anybody know the paint finish codes and original manufacturer for the AM Racing metallic grey with purple stripe ?.
I fancy that dark grey colour overall.

James - I've been working on a GT40/Ford color chart of the 1965-70 range of exterior colors but having said that, I have found through researching the GT40's original production colors that there were not too many that used Ford colors. I've found everything from a Galleon Green that was only used on one other car - a Jensen Interceptor and others that are of Chrysler decent, Pontiac decent and more. Seems the AM colors were from the Ford Cortina line-up for the most part, here are the Cortina PPG codes:

Reviving an old thread here...

I would like to find out if anyone can confirm the paint code for the centre stripe on this car as being either;

B4 Amber Gold 23264
or
CG Malibu Gold 22641

Thanks Fellas...
