Coolant Seepage

So if you guys found two small puddles of coolant - a teaspoon full at the back end of the block just behind the intake in a little recess; and another "splash" under the car below the adpater plate - would you worry? Car ran okay the last time out; nothing appeared out of the ordinary. What would you check first?
Thanks

Just to guess, I would say an intake manifold gasket starting to go, mine did this very same thing, no big deal, at first the car will run fine, just need to top up the coolant. With the heat generated in the back of the maifold its no wonder, especially with the header pipe configuration right around there, the seal for that rear passage is made very near where the head and manifold meet, the sealer hardens and the gasket becomes brittle. hope that helps.
