I have spoken to the manageress Donna today 2/12/05. Who said there had been a misunderstanding with her fellow manager Tom about the Festival menu conditions (it seems to happen every year!). So everything is fine we do not have to pre-book or pay in advance. The only thing that cropped up is the fact as I reserved the table for 6 people having meals. I realized that I would need space on the same table for people coming without having the Xmas dinner. To cut a long story short I need to know how many will be coming on the night that are not having the Xmas meal. I have suggested that she consider another 3-4 places on the same table. However I will get back to her on Tuesday morning (6/12/05) . Please do not leave it that long to let me know otherwise I cannot guarantee you will be sitting at the same table as us.
