Found a \"hen\'s tooth\" G50/52 for $2500

Thanks for the input Andy.

It looks like he's actually looking for offers over 2500. At 78k miles, conventional wisdom suggests that it would be due for a rebuild, so that would need to be factored into the price.

That well may be true, but the stock gearing is good for the V8's and there is a ZF plate type LSD in there already so you would be ahead of the game in those regards.

Thanks for the alert on that one Andy.

We have just (today) bought this trans for Lim's car. Thought we would never get one at a decent price. Have to wait til it arrives to see how good it is, but sounds OK.
