As promised I have fitted the 3.22 crown wheel and pinion with the help of Bruce Mckenzie. There is no machining required to fit these units. I have recently participated in the David Heck Memorial spectacular in Toowoomba and have to say the ratios are pretty much spot on, at 100kph (60mph) the RPM was sitting at 2350 and using the ratio calculator with tire diameter at 26 inches top speed at 6500 would be 181 mph. 200 mph would come in at 7172 rpm. That makes for a good all round usable set of ratios and massive improvement on the standard AAZ units. I have posted the dissambley and reassembly on 40inches.com.
