I have found a transaxle out of a 85 GT Coupe. It appears to be a 093 by the ABV code on the top of the bellhousing. It appears to be similar to the 016. Does anyone have any experience using this trans? I was wondering if theit has the same bellhousing mounting as the 016 and how strong it is compared to the 016 or 01E? I see alot of conversations about the 016 and 01E but not much about the 093.
The ratios for the 093-ABV are as follows
1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th rev final
2.85 1.52 1.07 0.78 0.64 3.17 4.90
The GT Coupe had an advertised HP of 110 hp and torque of 122 ft lbs.
Is this something to consider or do I need to keep looking for a 016 or 01E??
