Gallery is Open - Post Away

I've changed around the Photoplog plug in and it *should* allow all users to post pictures in it. Naturally, there are limits to the number of pictures, but regular users should be able to place images there. Someone try it out and let me know how it goes.

Put some in there, let's see some interesting stuff!
