Motor Sport & 1073

This months Motor Sport (August issue) is all about the 1966 Le Mans win and also carries the news that Bonhams will be selling P1073 at Quail Lodge in August

I hope Bonhams acknowledges that the "1073" they are selling was built on a FAV replacement tub in ~1971 after the original car crashed, but that the original 1073 chassis that has virtually all of the period race history was not destroyed and in fact still exists in England today.

Just begun to read the magazine and discovered John Etheridge selling P1048 too

Interesting how they make mention of the CAV pace cars as Mk2's.... or did I miss a trick here?
