I used to not realize that there were two Derek Bells. Did this Derek Bell ever do any driving ?

He's not the same Lemans winning Derek Bell that holds many Championships and most recently competed in the Speed World Challenge Series. It's my suspicion that any relationship is by name only..

No problem. He can't help what he is named, but I bet he has to say "No, not that Derek Bell" a lot.
