Explosafe or alternative?

Hey guys, i am looking for a product known as explosafe, it resembles alu mesh but seems to just be a perforated alu sheet thats really floppy! It is rolled up and inserted into fuel tanks.
Does anyone know where i may obtain a roll of this or of a similar product?

I have something like explosafe inmy tanks

2 problems
1) When / if it sheds some bits they can block the fuel lines / filters
2) It does not stop the fuel sloshing forward under braking and letting the pump suck on air (from 1/2 tank down this happens)

I believe there are much better systems available in a foam filling that reduces both problems and presumably also assists in the casse of a tank rupture

ATL fuelcells sell foam offcuts - that's what I did my tanks with.

is a foam filling method or anti static charge system regarded as "mandatory" or do most replica manufacturers only include mechanical baffling as standard?
