My name is Bill, I've been a GT40 fan for a long time. I was fortunate enough to have met the owner of an original GT40 that he had raced and owned for many years. I have always loved the car, and met the man just as it was being sold. It was chasis#103. Some of you I'm sure know a great deal about this car. Simply put it was amazing to have gotten time to talk to someone who knew the car inside and out as he did.
I would love to se the car again. I understand someone restored it...That's not really my thing, but I can appreciate it if it's yours.
I happened to like it when it was weathered from many years of racing. That's what these cars were design to do. Anyway... Hello!
