Lhd & rhd?

Yes, all original GT40's were RHD. As you noted the only exception was the MKIII which had LHD versions.

According to Ronnie Spains' book
M3/1101 was the original LHD prototype first shown at the New York Motor show on 1/4/67.
M3/1102 was RHD. M3/1103 the Beaverbrook car looks RHD in the picture of it in the book. M3/1104 is LHD.
M3/1105 is LHD.
M3/1106 is LHD.M3/1107 pictured in 1974 is RHD.
To concluded two spare MKIII chassis were used for the following cars though not MKIII.P1108 was built on a spare MKIII LHD chassis when built converted to RHD. P1109 was built on a RHD MKIII chassis.

But... what is that only one LHD "competition coupe" (GT40/P)....
