As you see I am new to this forum. I'm trying to help a friend ID a crank.
He pulled the engine out of his 289 Cobra to find it was a C6FE block. He is having a 5 bolt block built to replace the C6FE. Before he uses the crank that was in the C6FE block he wants to know if there are any markings on GT40 cranks to ID them. If not he will use it in the new engine. If there is he would keep the crank with the C6FE block and sell them together.
