Hi all,

Been a member for a while now, but just been dropping in every now and then to have a look around...thought it time I said hello.
I've had an interest in GT40s and Cobras since around 1966 when I had my first slot car set - with GT40 MkII and Cobra cars. Desired them ever since!
RL took me for a drive a number of years ago in Melbourne. Wow...
A friend has just recently started on his RF GT40 build - I'm just a little envious.
Other cars? A 33 yr old Alfa is the only one of note.

Sounds like you have the perfect oppotunity to take some cold ones over and help your mate with the GT40 build. Practice makes perfect.

There is a great event at Glenelg South Australia each December, where you will find a number of Cobras and GT40 on display on the grass in the park.
