Run and Gun registration is now open!

I know time flies but it's time to register if you want to be a part of the 2009 Run n Gun. Speed Channel will be covering the event this year. If you want to drive your car like it was designed to be driven, go to this link to register for the 2009 Run n Gun Nationals:

Also, we could only reserve 50 rooms at the discount rate of $89.00 at the new Doubletree in Collinsville, Illinois the Run n Gun host hotel (only about 10 mins from Gateway International Raceway). Here is a link to the hotels web site:

Of course there are other hotels in the complex (Super 8, Fairfield, Hampton, Motel 6 etc.) . I will be posting other hotel telephone numbers this week.

Thanks,
Dean

Wasnt the run and gun handled by the kit car magazine guys? Obviously if that was true someone else has stepped up. Congratulations to whomever has taken the initiative.

Kit Car Mag was a sponsor but a few years ago they backed out. Clois Harlan and I have been organizing the event for a few years now.

Check out the web site and look at the pictures. It is a lot of fun.

Yes, you can use the road course on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. It is the same price. You can choose to stay on the road course during your assigned auto cross time.

There will be some changes to the classes next week but after that it should be finalized.

I won't be bringing my Cobra this year and my M6GT (Manta Montage) probably won't be ready - but I will say that you get a LOT of track time for the money at Run & Gun!
