Time Machines Motorsports LLC has three GT40s ready for delivery. This chassis, P2269 is set up as "clone" of P1015, the Ken Miles/Denis Hulme 1966 LeMans second place (but really the winner!) car.

2269 has the Acadian blue exterior and white stripes trimmed with black. The chassis is painted blue as 1015 did (I really have come to love the blue chassis and will do it for my car) as well as the MK II "A" exterior features such as the decklid brake scoops.

This chassis is set up for a Windsor series engine and will take either the ZF or the Quaife ZFQ transaxle. Other options include a Gurney bubble, ceramic coated headers and pipes, gold painted wheel inserts and 4 number roundels.

Chassis is fully prepped with complete electrical inspection and our "water/air" sealing package featuring the seal we developed for the HVAC intake to plenum as well as careful sealing of most water entry points.

This chassis was displayed at the Road America GT40 reunion, SAAC33 and the recent Watkins Glen Vintage Grand Prix.

We offer to GT40s.com members no-cost shipping to your choice of location in the 48 contiguious states. We are affiliated with Olthoff Racing and can deliver the car to Dennis for your choice of powertrain install or any other installer you choose. As most are aware Dennis has extensive experience with the GT40 and his car is known as "bloody fast"!!!

i see that car has an unusual paint scheme - what all is possible like that? mark

Paint scheme replicates the 1966 LeMans livery of P1015.

We can do most any paint color or pattern a customer desires.

The "red/orange" sashes above the headlamps were added to help identify the car as a MK I in light blue was also entered, and the people in the signaling pits on the other side of the track needed to be able to differentiate between ther cars so they would know they had signaled the correct car.
