Audi 016 clutch lever fork & slave cyl

Hey Guys
Does anyone have a spare clutch lever fork and slave cylinder for an Audi 016 transaxle. I recently got an 016 but was not aware these parts had been removed from the gearbox.

I bought a cylinder new from a non agent VW/Audi new parts supplier. You might be suprized now cheap they are.

I'll give them a try......The main problem is the fork , the box is useless with out it.....looks like the box will need a full strip and rebuild.
