It's a Cleveland with the rocker girdle style valve covers.

It's actually a stroked Windsor with SVO aluminum heads and Ford Motorsports Cleveland
stud girdle valve covers. It is owned by my friend Doug .
Love those Clevors (is it a true Clevor????--looks like they must be canted-valve heads from the way the stud-girdle valve covers fit)!
