Fuel system cleaning

Not strictly GT40 related, but hopefully somone will help.
1972, triumph TR6 PI, stored unused for 11 years. Before it was stored, a new Bosch fuel pump conversion and a new metering unit were fitted (unleaded compatible)
Now I'm aware that the fuel tank will need to be sealed/sloshed or replaced, but how about the rest of the system? It's had fuel through it and I guess it's still sitting there. It's obviously gone "off" now so what needs to be done to make sure the pump/metering unit/pipes/injectors are all ok? will they be sludged up?
As always, any advice greatly appreciated.
