Right way to ad pictures

Hi there,

Some folks are able to add picture within a thread that show up nice and big and can be made even bigger when you click on the banner just above the picture. How do they do that? I added a picture by adding an attachment, and only a link appears which must then first be clicked to see the image, like I did here. How do I do the other way?

And how do I delete a message I posted?

Ruth when you post your text go advanced instead of post quick reply.
Scroll down you will find manage attachments.

A box will apear, click browse and add pic the upload attachment.
If to big it will not upload.

close window
submit reply.

Delete posts you have about an 1/2 hour or so after posting to edit or delete.
After that the whole world gets to see it.

Ok. . . getting better (Thanks Jim!), but how are the guys doing it to get the result in post #9 of the the following thread?

Those pics are actually hosted on another server like PhotoBucket (example only). To post pics like those, you'll need to first upload them to the external host, then "hotlink" them by clicking the "mountain icon" button as shown below. Then when the popup box appears, you paste in the URL of your pic.
