Hi Dave, that was the first Superformance right hand drive GT40 to the UK, prepared and modified in my shop post delivery from the factory, prior to the Evo filming session. See attached pics of same car, Frank

Great footage. Anyone know what the chase car was? Hasn't got the straight-line speed of the 40 but has its measure in the corners.

Evo magazine in my mind is the best car magazine there is, absolutely great from the very first issue.

Great video, great circuit, isn't this the "UK-Nordschleife"?

@Frank,

What did you do to the car to prepare it, I mean the car in itself was a stock Superformance if I remember correctly. Did you upgrade things on the car?

Also, its a great track, I used to love going to Cadwell Park when I was racing Sidecars.
