Doesn't look like a toy to these old eyes.. What's up with that?

It was a coin operated toy that was displayed at supermarkets. Kids could sit inside and go for a static ride complete with artificial sound. The coin box is visible between the left front wheel and the steering. The bodywork was a copy taken off a genuine Brabham. Four were build.

Wow.. I thought the coin box to just be some junk that was tossed onto the pile.. Thanks for the background!

It appears to have real suspension arms and steering, and dash instruments, so I think it is a car converted to a toy. Hence it should be possible to convert it back to a car. Whether it is worth doing depends on what the chassis actually is, and lots of other things, but potentially could be restored into a decent car. What do you guys think?
