I'm starting to research different kits to build and would appreciate if anyone could give me a list of makers and their web sites if they have them.

The CAV link is bad, it should be www.gt40cars.com

The T3 link is defunct, so is the company as far as I know.

The Lonestar link has changed.

The Tornado link has been moved, check this board and search for Tornado to find the new one.

Others are okay.

Sorry about the links, I will try and change those and recover my login.

T-3 is not a defunct company they just do not do a GT40 style car anymore,they sold their jigs and moulds to Melson Motorsports,not a very authentic looking car but worth a look to see what you do and do not want in GT40

Stay away from Lonestar (my opinion). Their "GT40" is longer and taller, and uses a VW or Mazda rotary engine

Not very authentic.

Neal in Washington state is getting ready to take delivery on a GT40 from New Zealand. The price is excellent (~22K w/shipping), but it doesn't come with a manual. But given the resources available through this forum, that may not be a factor.
