svra spring fling

anyone going to the svra spring fling in savannah? Any gt40's going to attend?

Nope, but I'm going to the Fling in London, OH and so's the 40 provided I get it finished, wrung out and painted by then. A group from the Oklahoma Kit Car Club will be touring thru Tennessee and North Carolina starting Junw 15th and I plan on heading to Ohio from Asheville, NC on the 21st. Should the GT not be ready, I'll be taking the Cobra. Anyone else going up?

I'm doing the same thing you are. I'm
working real hard to get my GT40 finished
so I can take it to the Fling in Ohio.
I have invited two Australians to come along
and travel to the Fling from Phoenix to
London, Oh. They will be driving my Cobra.
This is really going to be something special
There should be well over 300 Cobras and I
think there will be at least 3 Daytonas and
I count so far 5 GT40's will be there. That
will be awsome ! Well its back to the
garage for some serious work today.

If you can work it into your schedule, you ought to try to go to VIR, a beautiful new course on the NC/VA border. They have historic races June 7-9 and HSR races in July. http://www.virclub.com/

What Savannah SVRA Spring Fling? The only one I know of is the Water Mitty at Road Atlanta the end of April. Please let me know of details for the Savannah deal. Chip in Atlanta
