351C dyno results

I put the engine on the dyno last week to set up the fuel maps in the Haltec ECU. Results were pretty much as expected. 380 + ft-lbs torque from 3500 to 5600 rpm, peak of 410 ft-lb at 5000 rpm.
HP was 257 at 3500, peak of 410 at 5500.
This is on the smaller open chambered Cleveland 2V heads.
Should make a pretty fun street engine. Another piece of the puzzle completed!

HI,
I am curious to know if the motor idles smoothly, and what revs it can take lots of throttle?
thanks

Rob,
It idles fine at 950-1000 rpm with a slight lope. Throttle response is excellent. We tested the motor to 6000 rpm but didn't linger long there because power and torque were both dropping off by that point and the rods in it are stock (although they do have ARP bolts in them). The Crane valvetrain is supposed to be good to 6500 before valve float. In my case, no reason to explore territory that high up. I've set the rev limiter to 6200.
