I am sorry for the issues today with the server. Turns out some services on the server needed to be re-started, but, Al and I didn't know that and the support folks were very slow in coming to that conclusion too. Now we know we can attend to it very quickly if it happens again.
I think things are going well now, report back on your experiences.
