In the gallery, while viewing one of your photos, there is a menu bar across the top of the screen with a Delete link. This will delete the photo being viewed.
For the Member Rides photos: Goto > GT40s.com > User Control Panel > Member Rides and select My Car. In the screen with your car shown, in the upper right hand corner, select Edit Car to delete individual photos or select Delete Car to get rid of everything and start over.
