Has anyone thought about a library of DXF's for some of the more common parts that people wish to share.

I would be prepared to put some of my parts in the library, but I am not sure what the legal implications are, if somebody made one of our parts and it was the cause of an accident? maybe the library would have to have some kind of disclamer?
