Able to post this URL?

I have a link to a video. It is a .wmv file that is 2985Kb. How do I or can I post this into the jokes section.

You can't post it directly on to this site, but if you register with a free hosting company such as Photobucket you will be able to upload your video and then past a direct link to it in a post on the forum...

It's not the only free hosting site - but I've used it for years without any problems...
