I don't know how many forum members use Facebook but GT40s.com now has a "community" page on Facebook. You can search for it and "Like it" and then you might be able to befriend other Facebook members that share a common interest with you.

Not sure where it will end up going but maybe it'll help some forum members befriend others.

Having trouble with the FB page. The GT40s.com page has inherited my privacy permissions which are restrictive. As such people that "Like" GT40s.com can't see each other. I'll have to figure out how to allow GT40s.com to have its own permissions.
