I am getting ready to attack the fuel tank on the GT-R. The NPT fittings for fuel going to the low pressure pump and the fuel return are on top of the tank. Other than an NPT male fitting of the correct size, what goes inside the tank to draw fuel into the outgoing line? Does anyone know the thread specs for the NPT fittings? I think I want to get to AN 8 ASAP off the tank connections. Is that correct?

Not really sure what you have but sounds like you can't use a bulkhead fitting with an NPT connection in the tank? Are you looking for something like this?

Hi Mark--Mine did not come with a return ,so I had to add one. If you are looking at the car from the rear--the fuel pick up bung on your right would be to feed the lift pump. A call to RCR may be in order.
This fuel pickup looks like just the thing. I thought there had to some way to get to the bottom of the tank. Thank you for your information.
